The popup data communication beacon (PDCB) can send to the shore and ships through BeiDou navigation satellite system (BDS) when it surfaces. be collected by a deep-sea landing vehicle (DSLV) transmitted using magnetic induction coil. PDCBs reduce cost of DSLV recovery redeployment. Whether successfully sent mainly depends on outlet height roll angle PDCB. Thus, accurately assessing effect transmission is crucial. In this study, first, differential equation motion was preliminarily established small-amplitude wave theory along with shape characteristics Next, nonlinear term moment processed Linz Ted Poincaré method. Then, current force analyzed Morrison theoretical formula an additional inertia calculation that suitable for slender cylindrical small buoys. Finally, results were verified computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method pool test. error within 5%. heave response evaluated methods. proposed has guiding significance further optimization structure.
